Tariq has a financial background and after joining Brunel Associates in 1989 as a Mortgage Broker he quickly realised the potential of the property and insurance market. In 1992 he took-over the business and introduced innovative systems enabling for a successful growth to the organization. Tariq prides himself in helping others and enjoys training and supporting staff members to develop the company thus offering a high in depth knowledge, level of service and guidance to customers. Tariq's potent experience, leadership and expertise in the industry of property and finance has allowed him to advise customers with professional distinction and reliable knowledge. He is also a volunteer for international and local aid charities helping people globally. Tariq and his team have made Brunel the company it is today; Tariq's dedication to Brunel for almost 3 decades has contributed greatly to the expansion and advancement of the business. Much of the development of Brunel Associates is due to Tariq's committed dedication and adherence to the people he works alongside with and the guarantee and promise that every customer is valued.

Arif also joined Brunel Associates in 1992 as the Lettings Manager. He has developed the property portfolio and introduced new ideas to improve our services for our landlords and tenants offering a wealth of experience which our clients who have benefited from this inherently. Arif also has a great networks within the local authorities and actively partakes in community service to help improve and engage with the city of Bristol and is a champion in community cohesion. Arif has worked hard to build a repertoire of long standing clients to Brunel portraying his commitment and passion to the lettings department.

Roxana joined the company in 2018 and has become known for her strong and excellent skills in organisation, account management and data handling. Having worked previously within the housing industry she has established and cemented her relationship with our landlords and tenants -providing a very professional and personal service. Roxana is always on the ball with the ever changing legislation for property lettings so you can be rest assured you are fully protected in all areas, offering a dispensation of updated and accurate knowledge.

Oana joined the organisation since 2012 and having a background in banking, she has developed her knowledge and has assisted in the growth and efficiency of the insurance department. She has managed the insurance scheme development effectively, providing in-house insurance schemes for property and business owners as well as tenants, she is driven by customer care, an abundance of knowledge and thus goes beyond her normal remit to keep our customers satisfied and happy. Oana has been a great asset to the Insurance advisory department.
