There has been a growing understanding and effort in respecting and accommodating individual needs and choices of both tenants and the landlady. This in itself, gave way to more trusting business relationship which is above everything else. Staff has been efficient, approachable, friendly and reliable. Most of our tenants pay their rent on time on a regular basis and stay in the property as long as possible. Last but not least, it has been an advantage to work with an agency who also does the insurance of the same properties it lets.
